The excitement of having your home designed follows a process that takes you from your first meeting with the Designer on site, right through to being ready to build. Below is a simplified rundown of the process that allows you to take each step with the confidence of achieving your design requirements and sticking to your budget. Design meeting - arrange contour and feature survey of the site.

Prepare estimating drawings and brief specifications. Arrange consultants where required (Engineer, Electrical, Plumbing, Acoustic, CDC, etc.,).

Arrange Contract prices. Make adjustments for design and budget purposes.

Prepare construction drawings. Instruct consultants to prepare documentation. Arrange CDC (Certificate of Design Compliance) and Energy certification.

Plans to be submitted to Council by Builder for building license.
